A Shelter Under the Works: 20K is the goal

We are launching a Residential Vocational school where teenage mothers can continue their education and rebuild their lives. The centre will offer housing to 50 teenage mothers and their babies. Three classrooms for vocational training, a community garden, a pigsty and a poultry farming facility. 

Our goal: Raise $20,000 to offset the cost to build the shelter. 

We have already acquired the land. The cost of the residence alone is $190,000 USD.

• $200 furnishes one dormitory room with a bed and a mattress.
• $500 covers labor to build a room by employing local workers.
• $1,000 buys bricks and cement to build a classroom.
• $2,000 fully equips and furnishes 10 dormitory rooms.
• $5,000 builds and furnishes an entire classroom.
• $5,000+ offers the opportunity to name a room, classroom or hall in honor or remembrance of yourself or a loved one, leaving a lasting legacy of love and dignity.
